What customers say...
As a family, we cherish the opportunity to come together to partake in Family Yoga - something that nourishes our souls and minds. Family Yoga helps us connect as a family, switching off the devices and tuning in to each other. Our little girl is especially Amber’s biggest fan! She doesn’t stop talking about the fun she had attending Family Yoga and is counting down the days until the next session. Family Yoga has also helped bedtime become less stressful. We practice Yoga Nidra and relaxation techniques before bed. Our family has truly benefited from practicing yoga with Amber, even our 5 month old baby, and we highly recommend it to all. - Ali
I have been going to yoga with Amber for a couple of years now. I started with pregnancy yoga and now go to Hatha yoga once a week. I couldn’t recommend the classes enough. Amber is very friendly and approachable and the classes are a perfect mix of relaxation and movement. Amber talks through the poses clearly and there are always plenty of variations to suit how much you want to challenge yourself. I really enjoyed the pregnancy yoga and hearing from other expectant mums. As a mum of two young children I find my Monday night yoga a bit of peace that’s just for me and much needed in a busy loud house!! I would highly recommend the classes and have done to friends and family. - Anna
I've been attending hatha yoga classes with Amber for close to two years now. I always really enjoy the sessions, and I definitely have noticed positive physical and mental benefits from the classes. I always come away from classes feeling relaxed, focused, and knowing I have done something positive that will help me to become more flexible, healthy, and less prone to injuries. I would highly recommend Amber's classes to anyone interested in starting developing a regular yoga practice. - Martin
Amber's classes are amazing. I have attended Pregnancy, Baby, Active Baby and Toddler classes. Every class is relaxed, you never feel under if baby is crying or doesn't feel like joining in. And being able to have a stretch and relax with baby is such as lovely bonding time. I highly recommend these classes. - Ellen
I am so enjoying my sessions with Amber. She has a beautiful presence. I love how connected she is with yoga, you can feel it as she teaches. I would whole heartedly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic yoga class. Thank you Amber. - Rachel
I have had great experiences being taught by Amber! She is calm, friendly, knowledgeable and creates the loveliest vibes. - Freya
I first met Amber when I took part in her pregnancy yoga class and absolutely loved it so I was very pleased when I saw she was offering non-pregnancy classes, too. Amber makes yoga so accessible and enjoyable. I suffer from bad anxiety but I can honestly say that for the hour I'm in the class, it all fades away allowing me to be fully in the moment. Not only has my mental health improved since taking the classes but I'm also feeling better physically with fewer aches and pains and better flexibility (very much needed now I'm chasing a toddler around). I cannot recommend Amber enough if you're looking for a friendly, accessible and passionate yoga teacher. - Matilda
Really enjoyed your class. Loved the theme & interaction - even down to your leaf print leggings, amazing work! You have a super calm stance and you were incredibly patient with * so thank you from the bottom of my heart. - C - Family Yoga
I'm on my second batch (about 10 sessions) of pre-natal yoga classes with Amber and the experience has been truly life-changing. There is a strong sense of community in our class of expectant mums which has made a huge difference to my pregnancy, knowing each week you have time with other women going through the same changes as you is such a comfort, we even have a Pregnancy Alumni group chat and share updates alongside organising meet-ups when our babies are here.
The yoga itself is completely tailored to pregnant bodies so very safe, calming and soothing for the variety of aches and pains that crop up. At the start of each class we can choose to share how our weeks have gone, and that's when Amber will add in extra stretches to the class if somebody mentions a specific place of tension. Amber also includes breath work that is useful for labour, so I always finish the class feeling like I have more physical space for my baby but that I'm more prepared for labour.
Out of all the classes and courses I've taken during my pregnancy so far, these yoga classes have had the biggest positive impact on me and my baby. I would highly recommend joining, especially if you're a first-time mum like me. - R - Pregnancy Yoga
